Console Collection

Over the years I have slowly amassed a collection of consoles. This is not a page to flex about what I have but is just a list for both my reference benefit and also so you know what systems I am familiar with and likely to talk about on this blog.

  • Anbernic RG350
  • Atari Flashback X (note 1)
  • BittBoy
  • Microsoft Original Xbox (Too many….)
  • Microsoft Xbox 360 (various models)
  • Microsoft Xbox One (Original and S models)
  • Nintendo DS (Lite models only – I really need to pick up a DSI XL)
  • Nintendo 2DS
  • Nintendo 3DS (2 x Original XL models, New regular and new XL model)
  • Nintendo Gameboy Advance SP (101 modded screen)
  • Nintendo Gameboy Color
  • Nintendo Gameboy Micro
  • Nintendo 64 (Note 3)
  • Nintendo Gamecube (Note 3)
  • Nintendo NES Classic Edition (note 2)
  • Nintendo SNES (2x originals – Note 3)
  • Nintendo SNES Classic Edition
  • Nintendo Switch (both Lite and original models)
  • Nintendo Wii (various models)
  • Nintendo Wii-U (2 x black ‘deluxe’ models)
  • Ouya (makes a good paper weight)
  • Sega Dreamcast
  • Sega Megadrive Mini (note 2)
  • Sony Playstation Classic
  • Sony Playstation 2 (original fat model only)
  • Sony Playstation 3 (various models)
  • Sony Playstation 4 (several consoles but no Pro version)
  • Sony PSP (PSP-1000, PSP-2000 and Go models)
  • Sony Playstation Vita (2 x original OLED screen models only)

Not so much consoles but I also have:-

  • 2 full sized arcade cabinets converted to MAME
  • Neogeo Mini International Edition
  • Pac-man quarter scale arcade cabinet

Notes:

(1) I have had original Atari 2600’s in the past but foolishly perhaps sold them along the way. The Atari Flashback X at least gives me a way to feel like I’m holding an old Atari joystick.

(2) I have never had an original Sega Megadrive or NES but, similar to the Atari Flashback, these mini console systems at least give you the old controller feeling.

(3) I never actually use any of these old consoles and they are more ‘display’ units although they do all work so good to test any old games I ever pick up for these systems.
